Terms of Purchase
These general terms and conditions of contracting apply to all commercial transactions carried out in our online store, singularwardrobe.com, hereinafter "the Seller." For more information about the Seller and our Privacy Policy, please see the Legal Notice found in the footer of every page of this store.
Please read these Terms of Purchase and our Privacy Policy carefully before placing your order. If you do not agree with all of the Terms of Purchase and the Privacy Policy, you should not place any order.

1. Activity
The Seller is engaged in distance selling, primarily online, of fashion and accessories.
2. Content and information provided on the website
The Seller reserves the right to modify the commercial offer presented on the website (changes to products, prices, promotions, and other commercial and service conditions) at any time. The Seller makes every effort within its means to provide the information on the website accurately and free of typographical errors. Should such an error occur at any time, entirely beyond the Seller's control, it will be corrected immediately. If a typographical error occurs in any of the prices shown and a customer has made a purchasing decision based on that error, the Seller will inform the customer of the error, and the customer will have the right to cancel their purchase at no cost.
The content of the Seller's website may, on occasion, show provisional information about certain products. If the information provided does not match the product's actual characteristics, the customer will have the right to cancel their purchase at no cost.
The Seller is not directly or indirectly responsible for any information, content, statements, or claims contained in the products marketed by the Seller. Such responsibility lies at all times with the manufacturers or distributors of those products. The customer understands that the Seller is merely an intermediary between them and such manufacturer or distributor.

4. Applicable taxes
The prices of the products shown on the Seller's website include Value Added Tax (VAT), where applicable.
Purchases to be delivered within the territory of any European Union member state will be subject to VAT.
Purchases to be delivered to territories of non-EU member states, or to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla, will be exempt from VAT.

6. Customer obligations
The Seller's customer agrees at all times to provide truthful information in the data requested on the user registration or order forms, and to keep it up to date at all times.
The customer agrees to maintain respect toward the website's operators; failure to do so may result in the order being cancelled whenever the company deems it appropriate.
The customer agrees to accept all the provisions and conditions set out in these General Terms and Conditions of Contracting, understanding that they reflect the best possible level of service for the type of activity carried out by the Seller.
Likewise, the customer agrees to keep their personal access credentials to our website confidential and to exercise the utmost diligence in safeguarding them.
The customer agrees to enable delivery of the requested order by providing a truthful and error-free delivery address where the order can be delivered within normal delivery hours (Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.). Should the customer fail to comply with this obligation, the Seller will bear no responsibility for any delay or inability to deliver the order requested by the customer.
Likewise, if the package is returned due to the recipient being absent, the customer must pay again the corresponding shipping costs to their city, using the payment method provided by Singular Wardrobe SL.
7. Electronic invoicing
The user gives their express consent to receive electronic invoices from Singular Wardrobe SL, waiving the right to receive paper invoices.
8. Applicable law and jurisdiction
Purchases made with the Seller are governed by Spanish law.
In the event of any conflict or dispute, the competent jurisdiction will be the Courts of Sabadell
