Sizes and Fit
How do I know my size?
For each product, you'll find all the sizing information within the description. Many of our garments are one-size-fits-all, designed to fit a wide range of body types. If you have any questions about a specific garment, write to us at hola@singularwardrobe.com before purchasing, and we'll advise you personally.
What does "one size" mean and what sizes does it fit?
Most of our garments are designed as adaptable one-size-fits-all: fabrics with drape and elasticity that flatter different silhouettes. In the description of each garment, we indicate reference measurements and the approximate sizes they fit. If you have doubts about whether a specific garment will fit you well, contact us, and we'll guide you based on your measurements.
I have a question about the length / the rise / how it will hang. Can you help me?
Yes, we'd be delighted. Write to us at hola@singularwardrobe.com with the garment you're interested in and, if you like, your height and measurements. We'll tell you how it fits and where it falls so you get it right the first time. We prefer to resolve doubts before purchase rather than manage an exchange afterwards.
Customization
What can I customize and how?
Depending on the garment, you can add initials, a name, a date, or short phrases. The available options appear on the product page itself when you select customization. If you're looking for something special that you don't see among the options, write to us, and we'll assess if we can custom-make it.
How do I know what my customization will look like before paying?
On the product page of each customizable item, we indicate the location, size, and style of the customization. If you want to confirm exactly how your specific garment will look before completing the purchase, write to us at hola@singularwardrobe.com, and we will confirm it for you. We want the result to be exactly what you imagine.
Does customization change the price or delivery time?
The price of customization, if any, is displayed on the product page itself. As for the timeframe, personalized garments may take slightly longer, as they are produced specifically for you.
Can customized garments be exchanged or returned?
No. As these are products created especially for you (with names, initials, dates, etc.), personalized garments cannot be exchanged or returned, except in the case of a manufacturing defect. Therefore, we ask you to carefully review the size, color, and customization details before confirming your order, and to write to us if you have any questions. We are here to help you get it right.
Orders and Payment
What payment methods can I use?
We accept credit or debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and express methods: PayPal, ShopPay, Google Pay, and Bizum. All payments are secure and protected. When you make a purchase, you will receive a confirmation code on your phone to authorize the payment.
Can I modify an order I have already placed?
You can modify shipping details or items as long as the order has not entered production (if it is customized) or has not been shipped (if it is not). Write to us as soon as possible at hola@singularwardrobe.com, and we will inform you.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been prepared or shipped, we will cancel it without any problem and refund the full amount. If it has already been prepared and shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to process a return with management costs (unless it is a personalized product, which cannot be exchanged).
Do you gift wrap?
All our products are individually wrapped to ensure their protection. If it's a gift, you can add the "gift wrap" option (for an additional cost) and you will receive it ready for gifting.
Shipping and Timelines
How long does it take to prepare and ship my order?
Each order is produced individually in our workshops. The maximum preparation time is 5 days from the receipt of the order (orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed from the first business day). This period is added to the transportation time depending on the destination. Personalized garments may take slightly longer.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free to mainland Spain for orders over €90. For lower amounts and other destinations, the cost is calculated automatically at checkout before payment.
How do I track my order?
We will notify you by email when your order is ready. Once the carrier picks it up, you will receive an email or SMS with the tracking number so you can know its location at all times. Peninsula, Balearic Islands and Portugal: Correos Express. Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Andorra: Correos.
Exchanges and Returns
How do I process an exchange or return?
Quickly and independently from our returns portal at returns.itsrever.com/singularwardrobe. You only need your order number and email; there you can request the exchange or return and track its status step by step. You also have direct access to RETURNS at the bottom of our website.
What products can I exchange or return?
We accept exchanges and returns EXCEPT for: personalized products (with names, initials, dates...) and SINGULAR OUTLET or promotional products. As our garments are personalized or from limited series, we ask you to carefully review the model, size, and color before purchasing. The maximum period to request it is 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order.
What condition must the garments be in?
It is essential that they are in perfect condition and show no signs of use, with their tags. Otherwise, we will not be able to process the exchange or return.
What if I have an issue with the portal?
If you need help during the process or your case is special (for example, a manufacturing defect), write to us at hola@singularwardrobe.com with your name and order number, and we will help you.
Is the deadline extended during Christmas or Black Friday?
Yes. For all orders placed between November 20th and December 31st, the period for exchanges and returns is extended until January 14th, to ensure gifts are perfect.
