Shipping policy

SHIPPING:

  • Orders are prepared Monday to Friday. Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed starting the next business day.

  • Since these are personalized products, delivery times may occasionally vary slightly.

  • All orders are carefully prepared in our workshop, so they should arrive in perfect condition. If this is not the case, please get in touch with us.

  • Important: Due to courier congestion during Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and the Christmas season, some deliveries may be delayed. If your order has not been delivered within a reasonable time, please get in touch with us

  • For domestic orders, the courier company responsible for delivery and transport is Correos Express: 

  • For international orders, shipments are handled via air freight companies through UPS

Shipping costs and times:

  • SPAIN (MAINLAND)

    • FREE Standard Shipping for orders over €90: Preparation within 2-5 business days from receipt of the order, plus 24-hour delivery by the courier company.

    • Express Shipping: €7.90. Preparation within 24/48 hours from receipt of the order, plus 24-hour delivery by the courier company.

    • *Due to factors beyond our control, some shipments may experience delays from the courier company.

        • BALEARIC ISLANDS

          • Standard Shipping €6.90: Preparation within 2-5 business days from receipt of the order, plus 24/48-hour delivery by the courier company.

          • CANARY ISLANDS, CEUTA, MELILLA

            • Standard Shipping €8.90 : Preparation within 2-5 business days from receipt of the order, plus 2-5 days delivery by the courier company

            • Important: Please write your national ID number in the shipping information.

            • Any import duties or customs charges at the destination are the responsibility of the customer.
          • PORTUGAL:

            • Standard Shipping €8.90 : Preparation within 2-5 business days from receipt of the order, plus 24/48-hour delivery by the courier company.
