Refund policy
As a general rule, you have 15 days to return your online purchase and request an exchange or refund, except for Personalized Products, which do not accept exchanges or returns. Please also note that colors shown on screen may vary from the actual product.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have a period of 15 calendar days following the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, took physical possession of the goods, to exercise your right of return and request an exchange or refund. In the case of voluntary returns, the direct cost of the return will be borne by the customer.
For Personalized Products, there is no right of withdrawal once the order has been placed; therefore, you may not request an exchange or return, unless the product delivered is defective.
To make a return, the product and its packaging must be in perfect condition. Exchanges or returns will not be accepted for products that are not in the same condition in which you received them, along with their complete original packaging, tags, and any related accessories.
The quality department will determine whether singularwardrobe.com products are in the same condition in which they were shipped. You will be liable for any decrease in the value of the products resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, or functioning. Products returned damaged, incomplete, deteriorated, used, or dirty due to the customer's fault will not be refunded and will be made available to the sender and returned at the sender's expense.
To make a return, follow these steps:
* Request the return of a product, stating the reason, through this LINK (only applicable for non-personalized products or products not from the OUTLET section)
* Pack the item to be returned in its original packaging (with the original tags)
* Wait for instructions from Singular Wardrobe via email.
You may choose between:
• Exchange for another product: The exchange can be made for another product of equal characteristics or equal price.
• Refund to the original payment method: once the merchandise has been received at our warehouse and its condition verified, the refund will be issued under the terms established in Royal Decree-Law 1/2007, according to the payment method used by the customer (e.g., the same credit card used to pay for the purchase, or the PayPal account used). The refund will be issued as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days from the date you returned the product.
If the product delivered is defective, you must follow the return procedure described above. Singular Wardrobe's quality department will examine whether a manufacturing defect actually exists. Once examined, we will contact you using the phone number or email you provided, to inform you of the outcome. If the product is not defective, any resulting costs will be borne by the customer.
